Snapwood Apps LLC, (“we”, “us”) provides mobile apps and digital services (“Products”). Contact: [email protected].
2) How purchases work
Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com. Prices shown may include applicable taxes. You’ll receive an email receipt from Paddle with your order details and any license information.
Required reseller notice:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3) Licenses & use
On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product per any license limits described on our site or inside the app.
4) Subscriptions & trials
If you choose a subscription, it auto-renews at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time effective at the next renewal (no refunds for partial billing periods). Cancellation and billing help are available via the Paddle support link in your receipt. (This aligns with Paddle’s Buyer Terms for subscriptions and cancellations.)
5) Delivery/fulfilment
Digital Products are delivered immediately after successful payment (for example, via in-app unlock or license key by email). If there’s a technical issue that prevents delivery, our remedy is replacement delivery or a refund.
6) Refunds
We follow our posted refund policy and applicable consumer laws. Where applicable, Paddle manages refunds as Merchant of Record; start refund requests via the link in your receipt or Paddle’s help page. (Paddle’s Buyer Terms include a 14-day consumer right to cancel, with an exception once immediate digital delivery begins—see §7 below.)
7) EU/UK consumer right to cancel (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you generally have 14 days from the day after purchase to cancel. Exception: for digital content delivered immediately, by starting the download/activation you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose this right once delivery begins. We surface this consent at download/activation time.
8) Taxes & invoices
Paddle calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales/VAT/GST as Merchant of Record and issues invoices/receipts electronically.
9) Support & complaints
Product support: [email protected]. We aim to respond within 1 business day. If your query is about billing, subscriptions, VAT invoices, or refunds, use the Paddle link in your receipt.
10) Prohibited uses
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Products, or to violate applicable laws.
11) Warranty & liability
Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
13) Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
